北海道十勝産小麦を使用し、加工適正を低下させる硬い外皮のみを取り除いて石臼挽きにした全粒小麦粉、スムレラです。低い温度で挽く石臼挽きなので、豊かな香りと甘味などの自然な小麦の風味が感じられます。上品な風味と扱いやすさ、明るい粉色が特徴です。
Organic Hokkaido grown wheat is simply stone ground to create this bread flour. Certified Organic, it is unbleached wholemeal flour, contains no artificial additives and is non-GMO.
